Additionally, we collaborate and support one another to achieve recognition as comprehensive cancer centres within a European cancer network

BOTTOM UP
DEVELOPMENT

The strategic plan enables us to align our objectives and goals across all member organisations and focus on the areas with the most ‘EUHA added value’.

The strategic priorities were identified with the participation of all EUHA members, through a staff survey, interviews with the CEOs and discussions with the working groups and networks. It also took into consideration the strategic plans of the EUHA members and general healthcare and academic trends.

According to the strategic themes identified, EUHA Working Groups and Networks defined their strategy and work plans to help deliver the overall EUHA strategy.
