PiPPi, a multi-professional community of practice for healthcare innovation which provides an environment for all stakeholders to identify and define common unmet clinical needs and prepare for the procurement of innovation, is organising a webinar titled “Trailblazing healthcare change: the PiPPi Community of Practice” on May 17th, 2023.
PiPPi, the Platform for Procurement of Innovation and Innovation of Procurement, is community of practice for healthcare innovation, which provides an open environment for all stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry, patient organisations, payers, and policymakers. Additionally, the platform was partially founded by six top-leading university hospitals and EUHA members (Vall d’Hebron, Erasmus MC, Karolinska, King’s Health Partners, Ospedale San Raffaele and the Medical University of Vienna), showcasing the significant involvement of university hospitals in procuring healthcare innovation.
Importantly, within PiPPi, the different stakeholders can identify and define common unmet clinical needs, progress in the development of new solutions and prepare for the procurement of innovation. This collaborative approach is crucial to advancing innovation procurement in Europe.
To further explore how the different stakeholders can work together to advance innovation procurement, the PiPPi platform is organising an exciting webinar titled “Trailblazing healthcare change: the PiPPi Community of Practice”. The webinar, scheduled for Wednesday 17th of May at 13:00-14:00h CEST, will include keynote sessions on the adoption of PiPPi in public policy to transform health systems, as well as several case studies and a Q&A session.
This is an opportunity not to be missed for anyone interested in healthcare innovation and procurement. To register for the PiPPi webinar and learn more about the initiative, visit their website.
