Dr Peter Gocke, EUHA Digital Health and Data Network coordinator, will showcase the role of university hospitals in the digital transformation of prevention.
The World Health Summit 2022, co-hosted by the World Health Organisation, will take place from the 16th to the 18th of October, both in Berlin and digitally. The summit will provide 60 different sessions which will bring together 100 nations, 300 speakers and 6000 participants. During the summit, science, politics, the private sector, and civil society will meet for inspiring talks, enhanced cooperation, and new solutions to achieve health for all.
EUHA is honoured to be part of the summit by participating in the workshop “The Digital Transformation of Prevention“, taking place Monday 17th of October from 16:00 to 17:30. At the session we will discuss the rapid digital transformation of health and the importance of using digital tools and technology to support population-level disease prevention.
Among the key speakers will be Dr Peter Gocke, EUHA Digital Health and Data Network coordinator, discussing some of the data requirements needed for this transformation and showcasing the role that university hospitals play. The workshop will be chaired by Prof Heyo Kroemer (CEO Charité).
